hey thanks! I think the dress is an old color guard costume. I found it at Goodwill, when I was home a few weeks ago! I added the stars and belt. I cut out the stars from white duct tape and made the belt/wristbands from gold metallic duct tape. The crown was from an old Princess Jasmine costume my sister wore as a toddler!
